Accessibility

DragonFish Communications, Inc. wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, magnification software, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us, not a one-time fix.

We are working to conform this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We review the site periodically, including after significant design or content changes.

We don't have any known open issues at this time. Our most recent review (see Resolved issues below) covered form labeling, keyboard navigation, and landmark structure across our homepage, qualify form, and pricing calculator.

This reflects what we know today, not a guarantee that every page is fully conformant. If you run into something not listed here, we want to hear about it. See Feedback below.

As of August 26, 2026, we fixed the following, identified in an internal accessibility review:

• Added accessible labels to pricing calculator fields that assistive technology could not previously identify.
• Added proper tab semantics to the calculator's section tabs (Overview, List Cleaning, IP Resolution, etc.) so screen readers correctly announce them as a tab group.
• Added landmark regions and a "skip to content" link to the homepage, qualify form, and calculator to speed up keyboard navigation.
• Corrected heading order on the homepage and hid duplicate decorative content from screen readers.

Some elements on this site are provided by third parties, including our Google Calendar booking widget, and we don't control their underlying code or accessibility. We choose vendors that generally follow accepted accessibility standards where we can.

We aim to respond within 5 business days, and if we can't fix the issue immediately, we'll work with you to complete what you need another way.
