Privacy Policy

If you use the "Apply to work with DragonFish" form, we collect what you enter: brand or business name, website or Amazon store URL, work email, which service you're interested in, list size, product price or average order value, current email platform (if any), and anything you add in the notes field.

The pricing calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into it (list size, conversion rate, margin, and so on) are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you separately submit the qualify form.

We use what you submit to evaluate whether your business is a fit for warm or cold email, and to follow up by email about that. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.

Qualify form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, which delivers your submission to us by email and processes it under its own privacy and data protection commitments. Booking a call uses Google Calendar's scheduling tool, governed by Google's own privacy policy. This site's fonts are served from our own servers and do not transmit data to third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent privacy practices of Formspree or Google Calendar.

If you are located outside the United States, note that Formspree and Google process data on servers located in the United States.

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns (like which pages get visited); it doesn't use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. Google Calendar, embedded on this site for scheduling, may operate under its own cookie and privacy practices, which we don't control.

We retain qualify form submissions for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

To ask what we have on file, request a correction, or have your information deleted, email hello@dragon.fish. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

This policy is designed to meet the expectations of applicable U.S. privacy laws. If we determine that other regional privacy laws (such as the GDPR) apply to our processing, we will update this policy accordingly.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
